Dušan Lj Milenković is one of the founders of the Center for Social Dialogue and Regional Initiatives. He graduated from the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Belgrade.

His fields of interest are political systems, checks and balances between three branches of Government, position of the Parliament in the formally democratic societies, the democratic capacity of international organizations, as well as the use of the behavioral approach in politics.

For more than 10 years he has been developing and managing projects in the sector of international and political development, through the work of international organizations such as NDI (USA) and WFD and ISUOG (UK). He has implemented development projects in Serbia, the Western Balkan region, as well in developing countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
